Stacey Skan, (Tlingit & Haida Nation, enrolled member), MS, Project Manager, as a Project Manager for the University of Oregon’s Northwest Native American Language NW Regional Resource Center (NALRC-NW), I am committed to advancing Indigenous language revitalization through strategic innovation and collaboration. I develop and implement programs that empower Native communities to preserve and promote their languages while building sustainable frameworks for success.

An enrolled member of the Tlingit & Haida Nation, I bring a rich blend of cultural understanding and professional expertise to my work. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and education in Educational Leadership from Portland State University. These experiences, combined with my heritage, shape my approach to creating impactful solutions for Native language programs.

With extensive expertise in strategic planning, technology, marketing, design, and digital tools, I specialize in integrating modern techniques with cultural integrity. From crafting marketing strategies to implementing digital tools that enhance program outreach and efficiency, I aim to support Indigenous communities in achieving their linguistic and cultural goals.
