This class will introduce you to the linguistics of Native American languages. Knowing linguistics can help your own learning and help you with teaching. By the end of our two weeks together, you will know in some detail about the sounds of your language (phonetics), and about word structure (morphology), and sentence structure (syntax). And you will become familiar with linguistic terminology.
